Since I probably won’t be able to run today either, I plan on hitting the treadmill for 3 miles and then pilates for 45 minutes.
Food today:
Those delicious dried banana/strawberries
Handful of snapea crisps
Chicken/veggie wrap with hummus in a wheat tortilla
Soy sloppy joes for dinner on a whole wheat bun
Tons and tons of water!
