Cavalli is celebrating an incredible 40 years in fashion.
And I cannot think of a better way to honor that than a display like this one.
It has an ingenious mixture of all the elements that have made Cavalli so successful. There was the crocodile and snake prints, the leather, the beads and fringe, sheer chiffon but most of all, there was the incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Cavalli isn’t for eveyone and to be perfectly honest most of the time he isn’t for me but there is so much to appreciate in his designs that I can’t help but love everything about his eccentric work.
